Return and Refund Policy: In case of return or exchange of products that comply with the conditions specified in the Delivery section, the shipping fee shall be covered by the customer. If there is a package or packages that you think were damaged during the delivery of the product you ordered, please open the package or packages and check it/them yourself in front of the cargo officer of the cargo company you received it from. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION: You may request the cancellation of your order before it is delivered to the cargo and withdraw the order. Otherwise, if you do not cancel the sale during the day, the cancellation cannot be made. The refund shall be made after you receive the product.
